Hackney’s CYPP has been drawn up by Hackney’s Children’s Trust, a partnership of the many organisations in the borough that work with children and young people. It sets out what this partnership intends to do to make lives better for young people in the borough.

The plan has been written after close consultation with young people, their families and professionals who work with young people.
