Duke of Edinburgh's Award
The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is designed for anyone who is between the ages of 14-25 years. The award is a challenging programme with full of adventurous activities that lets you develop new skills.
You can enjoy your DofE programme in three different levels, Bronze, Silver or Gold which leads you to become a DofE award holder. There are up to 5 different experiences throughout your journey all depending on which level you decide to challenge.
Your programme can be full of activities and projects that get you buzzing. And along the way you’ll pick up experiences, friends and talents that will stay with you for the rest of your life. What is more; organisations such as employers and universities view the Award as a positive achievement and gives them an insight into what you are really about!
Arts Award can be based around any arts or media activity, and it can complete it in a wide variety of settings – like youth clubs, arts centres, schools, colleges, theatres or community groups.
Arts Award is offered at three levels. Bronze, Silver or Gold
Sports Leaders Award
Sports Leaders make things happen! They know how to organise, to communicate and to get people involved in sports activity.
Sports Leaders are role models; helping others achieve their potential, helping their communities to get fit and lead healthy lifestyles.
Sports Leaders can also gain recognised education qualifications; they are also valued by potential employers who recognise the initiative and skills of trained Sports Leaders.
The above opportunities for young people are available in youth clubs, community centres and in schools.
