Ashley J & Tee J's Exclusive Comedy Workshop

ASHLEY J & TEE J's EXCLUSIVE COMEDY WORKSHOP - TUESDAY 20th OCTOBER 5.30 - 7PM,

CLISSOLD LEISURE CENTRE ACTIVITIES ZONE

Stoke Newington Youth Forum are in the initial stages of setting up a YOF funded Young Comedian's club. During their recruitment phase they've managed to secure an EXCLUSIVE COMEDY WORKSHOP opportunity with renowned comics Ashley J & Tee J.

Everyone and anyone can get-involved in this Acting Up workshop and enjoy an open and accessible introduction to the basic theories, ideas and skills of improvisation. So they don't have to have any sort of background in performing or comedy to join in, just a willingness to get involved bring energy, have fun, play games and have a good time. AND Young people taking part in the project could ultimately win the chance to PLAY THE EMPIRE on its closing night (prior to restructuring) in January 2009 [further details to follow].

This Acting Up workshop will provide practical insights into creativity, co-operation, listening skills and stagecraft. Ashley & Tee-J will also answer questions and give advice on the ins and outs of producing and marketing comedy shows
