Carnival has grown and grown over the years and is now one of the biggest events in the Hackney calendar.
You can take part by getting involved in the Tropical Isles Carnival Workshops: 'It's a London Thing'. Help create a float to lead the parade... or get involved as a dancer... or if event organisation's more your thing, become a Carnival Ambassador.
You can find out more about the project 'It's a London Thing' at the launch event this Monday, 31 October. It takes place at the Nye Bevan Community Centre, Overbury Street, E5 0AH. 6.00pm - 9.00pm. All welcome!
