posted by: Administrator

Do you:

  • live or go to school in Hackney?
  • have a passion for sport?
  • want to represent the borough of Hackney?
  • want to compete against the best in London?
  • play your sport to a good standard ?

Every year, over 20,000 young people from the 32 London boroughs and the City of London compete in over 30 different sports competitions that make up the London Youth Games. The results from all the different sports competitions are added together and the winning Borough wins the Jubilee Trophy.

The main games are made up of over 30 sports and the competition is open to those aged 11 to 18. The competition begins in February with the cricket cup and finishes with finals at Crystal Palace.
