Street League Academy

posted by: Administrator

Age 16 - 25? Love football? Got nothing to do all day?

Street League runs free weekly football sessions at:

  • Mabley Green Hackney Tuesdays 2 - 4pm
  • YMCA Walthamstow Mondays 1 - 3pm
  • Market Road Islington Thursdays 2 - 4pm

Street League is a chance for you to improve your game and get the skills you need to kick on in life.

To get started in Street League, all you need to do is turn up at one of the sessions. Terry Pampling is the regular coach; he'll be able to give you more information about the programme. Or if you prefer, just go along for the game.

Once you've attended a few football sessions you can apply to join the Street League Academy Programme.

The Academy runs for 8 weeks; Monday – Thursday mornings; 9am - 1pm each day. You can sign up to two accredited courses – the Community Sports Leadership Award and an NOCN accredited course in Progression, Employability & Personal Development. Next Academy starts 6th June and runs until  28th July.
