Young Hackney’s FREE Easter programme will run from Tuesday 2 April to Friday 12 April for young people aged 6 – 19 (up to 25 with a special educational need and/or disability [SEND]).

Packed full of exciting and varied activities, including arts and crafts, multi-sports, games sessions, and trips offsite, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Hubs and adventure playgrounds will be closed during weekends and Easter Monday.

We will also be taking part in the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme. Find out more about HAF here.

The Young Carers programme will take place at The Edge Youth Hub during half term.

Eastway, Young Hackney’s multi-use youth sports facility, will be running daily open access multi-sports sessions during the Easter period.

Young Hackney’s adventure playgrounds, Shoreditch and Hackney Marsh, are also open for fun and exciting play activities for young people aged 6 – 15 (18 with SEND), Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm (closed Easter Monday).

All young people are required to have a Young Hackney membership to attend sessions. If you have submitted a membership form in the past, this does not need to be submitted again.

If you are currently not a member of Young Hackney, please print and complete the membership form, and hand the completed form into your preferred youth hub or adventure playground.

For sessions at Forest Road and The Edge, parents and carers must complete the Easter holiday activities consent form online (this is for both new and existing Young Hackney members).
