Tell Parliament what you think

posted by: Administrator

The Student Room (an online site for young people) has opened a consultation on behalf of the Education Select Committee. This is the group within Parliament that makes recommendations about policies relating to young people, not just around schools or colleges, but also things like play and out-of-school activities.

The Committee wants to hear from young people aged 13 to 25 on subjects including what after school activities they do, whether they volunteer, their views on a summer programme for 16-year olds and how they would spend the budget for young people in their area. So get on that forum and tell the men and women in power what you think! Link is right here: www.thestudentroom.co.uk/youthservices
