YH got BARE opportunities

As part of Discover Young Hackney 2012, YH World is offering free media training in January.

9th January – 6.30 / 8.30pm: brainstorm for Staying Safe logo @  Wieden Kennedy in Shoreditch. Open to ALL

11th January – 6.30 / 8.30pm @ YH  Offices Well Street: First meeting to discuss Staying Safe website project. This will be  6 weeks, 1 evening a week worth of training and development as we scope out a  website to showcase 13 different youth projects and create a lasting resources  for the whole of London! You won’t be building the website but you’ll decide on how it looks and works, commission professional web developers and help campaign on issues of safety along with the other groups ( so you’d best be prepared to talk to Boris Johnson and the papers! ). 16 – 19’s Hackney only.

14th January @ 1.00 – 4.00pm – Alter Ego for www.discoveryounghackney.com we’ll be BUILDING wooden / painted Alter Ego’s from 1.00 – 4.00pm @ The Rose Bowl Essex Rd. We’ve also got plans to shoot a short video during the auditions outside  Hackney Empire. Open to ALL

16th January @ 5.30 /6.30 – Ted Nash Young millionaire is coming  to talk at the YH offices about how he made his first million on an app! Open to ALL
PAID WORK AVAILABLE TO JOURNOS AND DESIGNERS WITH A TRACK RECORD ON  AN APP FOR TATE BRITIAN – STARTING FEB
