Who is Charlene Smith?

posted by: Charlene Smith

Hi, I would like to introduce myself Charlene Smith 21 years old, born and grown up in Hackney, as the new Online Editor for Young Hackney. Not only do I work as an Accounts Assistant for a Marketing Company, I will also be writing blogs on anything music related for www.younghackney.org on a weekly basis. This is a very exciting opportunity for me as I will be working with young people from my hometown Hackney, and be writing about something I love, music. My blogs will vary and cover different genres of music, well known celebrities and unsigned artists.

You may recognise me from my audition on Youtube, or my posters and flyers that were all around Hackney, following my achievement of becoming one of the seven finalists to become the New Face of Iceland (food store)! I am a very fun and bubbly mummy to my 3 year old son, who also has a passion for music.

Do visit this page regularly to see what exciting blogs will feature. Don’t forget to like “Young Hackney” & “Charlene Smith fan page” on Facebook.
