Adrenalin was founded in 2001 and have an artistic residency at St John at Hackney, they specialise in producing movement adventures with children and playful adults.
Adrenalin teach fun, contemporary-based dance classes, which explore the body’s natural movement potential, as well as fresh approaches to choreography.

Mondays:
Romp and Roll movement classes for 2-4 year olds and their carers 10-10.45 am
Creative Movement Classes for 4-6 years 4.15-5.00pm
Tuesdays:
Over 55’s dance workshop 1.15-2.15 pm
Adult contemporary dance class 7-8.15 pm
Thursdays:
Boys only movement adventures 6-9 years 4.15-5.15 pm
Fridays:
Romp and Roll movement class for 2-4 year olds and their carers 10-10.45 am
