Judo is an individual based sport where the aim is to beat your opponent through a variety of techniques ans skills. A typical judo class consists of fun and enjoyable games designed around a variety of standing and ground-based techniques. You do not need any previous experience or specialist equipment to enjoy judo- some tracksuits bottoms and t-shirt is all you need for your first session.
Sessions are held at Cardinal Pole Lower School. All sessions are run by qualified British Judo Association coaches on special mats.Come with your friends or meet new people at Capital London Judo Club.
