Shoreditch Spa works with young people in Hackney to support them to live healthier lives. By understanding the lives people are living we can then offer real opportunities that will lead to getting more physically active, eating a more balanced diet, and improving mental wellbeing.

Amongst other things, we offer sessions for youth groups on understanding mental health, how to keep healthy and happy, and where to go for help.
