We work with individuals, community groups, schools and colleges to support the work they are doing towards health improvement. Through this work we are achieving our mission, which is to improve health and wellbeing.
Hands Inc. is a not for profit organisation. At Hands Inc. our aim is to link hands across the community by offering innovative holistic health activities. We do this by providing a range of therapies, workshops and training. We believe that a holistic approach to wellbeing encourages empowerment, self-awareness and sustainable health.
