CSV run Young Hackney Volunteers Project. CSV is the UK’s leading volunteering and training charity and is recruiting 900 young people aged 13-19 over the course of the two-year programme to help their local community in ways that matter to them.

Teams of volunteers will be tackling local issues and showcasing their talents through art and entertainment events, sprucing up the borough through environmental campaigns and picking up new skills through DIY projects.  They’ll be networking to ensure their voice is heard in debates on community issues, befriending peers and offering support to isolated people, and finding new ways to tackle health and obesity.
