Young Hackney Health provides health services, advice and physical activities to help you to lead a healthy lifestyle. 

Our team can work with you to get offer support on a range of topics including:

  • Sexual health, healthy relationships and consent
  • Free condoms and contraception kits
  • Treatment, support and advice if you are struggling with an alcohol or drug addiction
  • How to stay safe online and knowing the signs of exploitation
  • Mental health and bullying
  • Sports ambassador programmes and physical activities
  • Support if you need to help making an appointment with a health professional

We also have a dedicated Whatsapp number when you can ask us any question about your physical, mental or sexual health. Our team can offer advice, treatment where needed or signpost you to further support. There will be some online every weekday from 9am-5pm to answer your questions.

For teachers and community organisations:

If you are a school or a community organisation, Young Hackney Health can support with: 

  • PSHE training for teachers 
  • Informal and formal PSHE/RSE lessons for students
  • Awareness training for teachers/professionals on parental substance misuse
  • Advice to schools and organisations about their drug and alcohol policy 
  • Workshops on child exploitation
  • After school sports participation, leadership and sports ambassador programmes.
