Getting help for mental health
Team Edward, part of the National Citizen Challenge 2016, scripted, directed, filmed and edited this video in one day on an iPhone. They are aiming to raise awareness about mental health problems and ways young people can support someone they know with a mental health problem.
The Off Centre is a place where young people aged 11-25 can get support. They provide one-to-one sessions for young people who may be worried about mental health and anything else from depression to eating habits. Even if you feel you just need someone to listen to you whilst you talk, the Off-Centre is the place to go. Visit their website to see opening hours: http://www.offcentre.org.uk/visit-us/
