Alternative provision for children aged 6 to 9
We understand the reduction of services at our hubs for children aged 6 to 9 will be very difficult for some parents. We have pulled together an up to date list of organisations that do still provide youth services or after school and holiday care to that age group, plus some extra resources that parents might find useful.
Breakfast clubs, after school care and school holiday clubs
We encourage parents to speak to their child’s primary school to find out what is offered on their sites directly after school and during holidays. They may also offer breakfast clubs before school. Visit Hackney Education for more details.
