Free sports courses for women

The Council is giving young women aged 16-25 year old the chance to take part in free swimming, netball, football, volleyball, dance and gym and fitness sessions at local leisure centres across the borough.

Leisure centres will be running 12 week programmes, starting in Spring 2011.
