Latest poll results suggest you’re all romantics at heart. Almost 60% of you said the Royal Wedding was something worth celebrating. Ahhh!
Hardly surprising when about 26 million people were said to be watching the proceedings on TV. A completely reliable source (random showbiz website) stated that 2 BILLION watched the Wedding around the world. The same reliable source also claimed there are only 1.456 billion TVs in existence.
Anyway, Hackney celebrated in style - as this picture from Nye Bevan estate shows.
As for the rest of you... 20% of voters in the poll gave the Wedding a blah, and the remaining 20% were unmoved by the whole affair.
