Write for Eastenders

BBC EastEnders is searching for talented young writers, aged 16 - 22 to write for Award-winning online spin-off drama EastEnders: E20.

The online drama is written by a team of young writers, all under the age of 23, who have been trained by EastEnders Script Writers and Producers as part of the BBC’s E20 Writers School.

They are looking for individuals who have strong ideas for character, and who possess an ability to generate fresh and exciting dialogue.

How to apply

If you are a UK resident, aged 16 - 22, and would like to write for E20, you should submit a piece of fictional writing for a character that you have created. You should write either a blog post, diary extract or a monologue for that character, no longer than 400 words, and send it to the address below by WEDNESDAY 30 NOVEMBER 2011.
