After having breezed through the first round of auditions for national music competition 'Open Mic Uk', Hackney based duo, Malu and Lily are heading to Essex for round two.
This time the stakes are higher and the competition will be fierce, so they need local support. The event will take place at theTown Gate Theatre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL on 2nd October 2011. It promises to be a day packed with live entertainment and a perfect opportunity to discover some amazing up and coming acts. Tickets are priced at only £8 and if there is enough interest Malu and Lily plan on meeting their supporters at Liverpool St Station so they can travel to the venue together and make it a proper day out.
