Movingeast is a growing interdisciplinary centre of excellence in Martial Arts and Contemporary Dance based in a tranquil, light-filled building in Hackney, north east London, with Tetsushinkan Dojo at its heart.

It is dedicated to the creative development and self-empowerment of individuals through reflection, inquiry, cooperation, respect and self-discipline.

Aikido Class

• Tuesday 6pm - 7pm
• 10 - 15yrs

Working with a partner, you will learn the basic forms of this Japanese martial art and gain an understanding of balance, coordination, co-operation and mutual respect.

Judo was created for the harmonious physical and mental development of the individual. Children will have fun and acquire skills in a safe and friendly environment.
