This programme encourages you to lead on creating change within your community. With the guidance of expert professionals it encourages you to think about what you want to change in your community and then gives you the skills, contacts and resources to enable you to bring about that change.

You will gain recognition and commendation for you work and will be encouraged to become a young facilitator and mentor to lead other young adults towards similar successes.
