As the winter holidays are fast approaching, we wanted to let you know our opening hours during the break:

• Forest Road: Closed from 22 December and reopening on 5 January
• The Edge: Closed from 22 December and reopening on 5 January
• Concorde: Closed from 22 December and reopening on 5 January
• Stoke Newington: Closed from 17 December and reopening on 5 January
• Hackney Marsh Adventure Playground: Closed from 18 December and reopening on 6 January
• Shoreditch Adventure Playground: Closed from 19 December and reopening on 6 January
• Detached outreach team: Sessions will be closed from 19 December and reopening 5 January

Although our youth hubs and adventure playgrounds are closed, you can always reach out to the contacts below if you need support:

• If you’re worried about anything, you can contact Childline by calling 0800 1111 or by sending an email. They’re open 24/7.
• If you are worried about your parents’ or carer’s alcohol or drug use, you can contact our Substance Misuse Service on 0208 356 7377. They are open 22-24 December and 29-31 December, from 9am-9pm. You can also call Nacoa on 0800 358 3456 or email helpline@nacoa.org.uk. Open 12pm to 6pm on 24, 25, 29, 30 and 31 December, and 10am to 7pm every other day.
• If you are having a difficult time, you can reach out over chat, by calling or emailing the Samaritans.
• For free urgent mental health support from trained NHS mental health advisors, call NHS 111 and select ‘Option 2’. Open 24 hours a day.
• For free text support for under 25s experiencing a mental health crisis, text SHOUT, YM or THEMIX to 85258.  Open 24 hours a day.
• If you are feeling low and want to chat to a counsellor, you can contact Kooth (available until 31 December 2025).
• If you are worried about your safety, and you feel your concern is urgent, please call MASH on 020 8356 5500 between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, call 020 8356 2710.
