Looking for support with your health and wellbeing? The Health Spot outreach team is here to help.

We bring together local health and wellbeing services to make it easier for you to access the support you need. Our friendly team runs sessions in your community, offering advice, information, and signposting on everything from mental health and sexual health to substance misuse and finding work or training.

Depending on the session, you might also be able to access direct care, like STI testing, advice on contraception, or health checks.

• Young Hackney health and wellbeing team
• Condom distribution scheme
• Family action
• Centre for Better Health
• Homerton sexual health service
• Professionals who support young people who are not in education, employment or training 
• Public health

The Health Spot outreach team is available to visit any voluntary community sector organisation that works with young people. We are open to participating in events or setting up a separate session.
